Happy Birthday Rina !!

Today is Mama Adi punya birthday. Yup, day after Valentine's. Good thing we don't celebrate Valentine, kalau tak, 2 hari direct ler celebration..hehe. Memandangkan this year around, kedudukan kewangan kami tak brape kukuh ( she has yet to get her allowance dari KPM ), celebration tahun nie kami sambut kat rumah ajer. At least Adi dapat join in the celebration.( Last year celebrate kat Casuarina, tak bawak Adi )

At first, I did not know what to prepare untuk the birthday dinner. Nak buat lamb chop, baru sangat makan masa kat Penang arituh. Black pepper chicken / beef, dah common la plaks.
Spagetthi / pasta pun baru gaks makan. I did consider lasagne, tapi, oven tarak. Kalau guna microwave, tak sedap la plaks. Pikir punya pikir, teringat nak try resepi nasik daging ( mama ajar resepi tu, tapi main ajar pakai cakap aje ler. ) Rasanya macam tak susah, and at least bleh try something new.

And the result ? Ngancam gile beb !! Sendiri masak sendiri puji..hehe. Tapi keputusan ini diperakui oleh Rina and Adi, Adi masa makan nasik daging tuh, sampai angguk-angguk, buat bunyi nyam-nyam lagi. So I guess the overall result is satisfying. Cuma lepas nie nak kena belajar buat jelatah dengan lebih efektif. ( Jelatah semalam tak brape jadik, cuka terlebih. ) Lepas nie boleh la di try lagi untuk masak resepi baru.

By they way, some of you might be wondering what is the present I got for Rina. Jawapannya, rahsia..rahsia rumahtangga..hehe.

Mama adi pun dah start jadik cikgu ( baru praktikal ), adi pun dah semakin besar and makin banyak mende yang dah reti. ( The latest trick yang dia pandai buat is tunjuk kat michik and tok ).
